1.Design of pick-up table
Double-track roller pickup: stable operation, which can effectively reduce blockage and improve operation efficiency.
Double-cylinder support: the header lifts more stably, enhancing the stability and service life of the machine.
Improved dust cover tightness: enhanced bearing life and reduced ingress of dust and debris.
Imported bearing: Both the slideway bearing of the pickup and the front end bearing of the picking roller adopt imported bearing, with good sealing property and high temperature resistance.

2.Fruit picking system
Longitudinal axial flow roller: double arc rod teeth are used for combing and brushing fruit picking, with stable and reliable performance, adaptability to large feeding amount, high operation efficiency and low peanut fruit crushing rate.
Centrifugal fan fruit collection: high-speed centrifugal fan is used to throw peanut fruit to the barn, with less crushing and high cleanliness.
Suction grass discharge: high wind speed, unobstructed grass discharge and cleaner grass.

3.Cleaning system
Spiral case+arc blade cyclone return fan: combined with multi-blade vibrating screen, soft and thorough cleaning, high cleaning rate and good effect.
Scraper scrap elevator: reduced loss rate, flat belt conveyor, reduced crust breaking rate.
Large angle of vibrating screen: cleaner cleaning, thickness of left and right side walls adjusted to 2.5mm, reinforced plates installed on both sides, stable and reliable.
